By accessing the AURA website or placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.

These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and users of the AURA platform.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must not use your account for any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal purpose. AURA reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts found to be involved in misuse, fraud, or suspicious activity without prior notice.

User-submitted content such as reviews and gallery photos must be genuine and must not infringe on the rights of any third party.

All orders are subject to availability. Placing an order does not guarantee fulfilment — AURA confirms each order manually and will contact you if an item is unavailable or if there is a pricing error.

You may cancel your order free of charge before it is dispatched. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. Please contact us immediately via WhatsApp if you need to cancel.

AURA reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order at its sole discretion, including where pricing errors have occurred, where fraud is suspected, or where stock is unavailable.

Promotional discount codes are subject to individual campaign conditions and are not stackable unless explicitly stated.

AURA currently accepts Cash on Delivery (COD) only. Full payment is due upon receipt of your order from our delivery partner.

By placing an order, you confirm that you will be available to receive and pay for it at the stated delivery address. Failed deliveries due to customer unavailability after two attempts will result in the order being returned.

No cash refunds are issued except in eligible cases as described in Section 5 (Returns & Exchanges). Store credit or exchange is offered as the default resolution.

Delivery is carried out by our logistics partner(s) across Egypt. Estimated delivery times are 2–5 business days and are not guaranteed — delays due to logistics, weather, or force majeure events are outside our control.

AURA is not liable for delivery failures caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Please ensure your address details are accurate at checkout.

If delivery fails after two attempts, the order will be returned to our warehouse. A new delivery fee may apply to reship the order.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery confirmation by the courier.

We accept returns and exchanges within 7 days of delivery, provided the item is unworn, unwashed, has its original tags intact, and is returned in its original packaging.

Items that have been worn, washed, or damaged by the customer — or from which tags have been removed — will not be accepted for return.

Defective or incorrect items must be reported within 24 hours of delivery with clear photo evidence. AURA will cover all costs for confirmed defective items.

For hygiene reasons, certain product categories may be excluded from returns. These will be noted on the product page.

Size exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size is unavailable, a full refund will be issued.

Product colours may appear differently on screen due to display calibration. We strive to represent products accurately but cannot guarantee exact colour matching.

Measurement tolerances of ±2 cm apply to all garments. Please consult our size guide before ordering.

All prices are listed in Egyptian Pounds (EGP) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.

AURA reserves the right to correct pricing errors and to refuse orders placed at incorrect prices. If your order is affected, we will notify you and offer a cancellation.

Stock availability shown on the website reflects real-time data but is not guaranteed at the time of payment.

All content on the AURA website — including text, images, graphics, logos, and product designs — is the exclusive property of AURA and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially exploit any AURA content without prior written permission.

User-submitted content (reviews, gallery photos) remains owned by the submitting user, but by submitting you grant AURA a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display and use that content for marketing and operational purposes.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AURA's total liability for any claim arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the order in question.

AURA is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages, including loss of profits or data, arising from your use of — or inability to use — our services.

AURA is not responsible for the services, content, or practices of any third-party platforms, including payment processors or delivery partners.

Force majeure: AURA will not be held liable for delays or failures caused by events beyond our reasonable control, including natural disasters, strikes, government restrictions, or infrastructure failures.

In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us first at support@aurawearr.com. We aim to resolve all issues amicably within a reasonable timeframe.

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Arab Republic of Egypt.

Any unresolved disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of Egypt.

AURA reserves the right to update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be published on this page with an updated date.

Continued use of our services after changes are published constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
