If you chose Cash on Delivery (COD): You have the right to open the package in front of the courier and check the size, color, and condition — then pay. If there's an issue, the courier notes it and we contact you immediately.
Inspection is not available with prepaid online payment.
If the order is still being prepared — message us on WhatsApp immediately and we'll try to modify it. If it's already shipped — we can't modify it. After receipt, you can start an exchange request.
