Chest — Chest
Wrap the measuring tape just under the armpit at the widest point of your chest. Keep it horizontal — not too tight, not too loose.
Shoulder — Shoulder
From the right shoulder tip to the left shoulder tip, measured across the back at the top.
Waist — Waist
At the narrowest point of your body — slightly above the navel. Measure standing upright without holding your breath.
Hips — Hips
At the widest point of the hips — usually 15–20 cm below the waist.
Height — Height
Standing without shoes, in centimeters.
Slim Fit
Close to body
Fits close to the body — suitable for athletic builds or those who prefer structured clothing.
Regular Fit
Everyday comfort
Not tight, not loose — comfortable for daily wear. The fit that works for most.
Relaxed Fit
Easy & loose
